Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At "Sole to Soul Reflexology & Wellness Services," we understand that life's unpredictable nature sometimes necessitates schedule changes. Our goal is to provide all our clients with high-quality wellness services and to accommodate the needs of all clients fairly. In order to do this, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates our practitioners for their time and ensures we can continue offering the highest standard of personalized service to all our clients.
